Dargum is a melodic black metal piece. Influences include Emotion, Nature, Paganism. As far as style and atmosphere of the music, influences include ArthemesiA (older stuff like Devs Iratvs), Gorgoroth, Catamenia, Moonsorrow, and Wintersun.

Dargum is a one-man project created by Derek Price. Growing up in Cincinnati, he attended a prestigious music school, the School for Creative and Performing Arts, located in down town Cincinnati. Raised on classic rock, and eventually yearning for something darker and deeper, eventually became interested in Scandinavian bands. Having started playing guitar at the age of 8 and finding interest in classical music at an early age, he is becoming something of a virtuoso.
