Glitter Daisies are a new band that have a made their impact on the London acoustic circuit by blending soulful vocals and catchy lyrics with jazzy chords and funky guitar playing. Performing to audiences all over the city, the summery tracks have proven to be popular with people of all ages and backgrounds.

The set up of the band is simple and consists only of an acoustic guitar and vocals, but out of this the London based group have made the most of this and challenged themselves to push the boundaries of acoustic music adding slap funk guitar, strong harmonies and unusual chord progressions.

Since starting in late 2007 by guitarist Regina and vocalist Sophia, Glitter Daisies have been gigging in London's top venues including The Cobden Club, Electroacoustic Club, The Worlds End and LiCKS:Unplugged @ Belushis to name a few.

With enough songs to fill an album the group have finally set about recording their debut EP and are ready to introduce their sound to a wider audience. With plans of booking gigs outside London and band expansion for late 2009, Glitter Daisies will be sure to impact the UK with their fresh acoustic sound.
