As the name might imply, the members of Gorejus aren't just worried about looking good. Formed in the summer of 2008, when guitarist Dave Samaniego decided to try and put his past bands behind him and create the new brain child known as TCODV, or The Curse of Dr. Valentine, the 4 original members (Dave, Anthony, Rondell, and Shaun) came together to make music unlike any one has ever heard.

However, just like everything else, the name and members of TCODV were not set in stone. After playing a few shows in NWI, TCODV decided they needed a new name. And with that, Gorejus was born. Back with a new name, a second guitar player, and a new attitude, the quintet set out once again to rock the world.

After tackling the challenge of recording an EP, the 5 members of Gorejus had once again become just 4 in the early summer of 2009. Because of this, drummer Rondell decided to pick up guitar for the band. Now the band was faced with a new challenge, find a drummer.

Fortunately, the search was short as they found local drummer and friend of the band, Jake Hart. Now back at full capacity, the band is hard at work writing new songs to once again hit the studio and make you dance.
