BIOGRAPHY:
Jotto, was born in 1989 in Transylvania. Up to 14 years old he was trying to find out what he was good at, and what would make him shine. He finally realized that music was truly close to his heart. Zsolt started to listen to the music that was then popular, and started mixing those with DJ softwares, and later when he was 16 years old with cd players.

At 16 years old, he won a DJ contest which was held infront of a crowd of 800 people at the local club, which gave him much confidence and strength for his future. In the summer of 2005, he met his new friend, Solex, with whom he started to make his music with, and discover what electronic music is really all about. Their first success was a song called 'Shock', in 2006, which was present in every car, cellphone, and club, all day and night. Their projects, which mostly consisted of Club, Handsup songs, travelled around Europe. Their songs were supported by Manian, the producer of Cascada, and many others...

In 2008, Solex vs. Jotto seperated, and individually started exploring music. Solex continued with trance music, and Jotto continued with house music, which was his style. In the summer of 2008, Jotto remixed a song named "Sorcova" which soon became a popular romanian tech house song, well-known romanian dj's were playing the song, like DJ Optick...this song is what made Jotto famous. In the fall of 2008, his first song named, "Potato Dummy", was released at Beatport and reached 23rd place in the Beatport Tech House Top 100 list, and kept his place steadily for one week. The song was supported by the techno king "Umek", and these successes brought upon an even better outlook on his music, especially to the more techno based songs.

Currently, Jotto is working on many new releases, with 3-4 labels steadily. He's trying to stay a new and unique artist, as a DJ he has been playing for 6 years now, in a sophisticated style. He has play music in several different transylvanian clubs, but unfortunately because of trasylvanians unpretending music style it is hard to find a good place as a DJ, where he can play his own sets because real DJ's play real music in unique styles. He believes that in a short period of time there will be people who loves selective electronic music and he can play in romanian clubs, otherwise he would like to have a future as a DJ somewhere else, in a different country.
